7796 is one of the Royal Cats of Diamond City, they reside in the Royal Palace and make decisions about things that quite frankly, 7796 couldnt care less about! Nevertheless they still remained in place for many years, before becoming far too bored and deciding to venture out around the City.

In the streets of Diamond City, 7796 found out all sorts of fascinating things, from strange artifacts to maps of a forgotten time. These items piqued 7796s interests. The more that 7796 visited the streets and markets of Diamond City, the more they wanted to help adventurers going on their quests. Maybe they could join the council of adventurers and help make decisions instead of the other boring stuff they had to deal with. Yes, thought 7796, thats what Im going to do!.

After years of training and educating themselves on the key aspects of questing, 7796 joined the Council of Adventurers to help organize and implement all sorts of great adventuring initiatives and quests. Things started to run a little smoother and for a few years 7796 was relatively happy.
