5 Stages Of Grief - What is next?

Constant, traumatic grief can cause us to cycle (sometimes quickly) through the stages of grief. These stages are our attempts to digest the changes and protect ourselves while we adapt to the new reality.

Bargaining  The third stage involves the hope that the individual can avoid a cause of grief. Usually, the negotiation for an extended life is made in exchange for a reformed lifestyle. People facing less serious trauma can bargain or seek compromise.

But what awaits us in the end?
