Years after her visit from the mysterious traveler Celeste had fully recovered. It took a long time for her body to heal, but she had seen her 20th birthday come and go. Vibrant and healthy she no longer needed her fathers aid to explore her surroundings. The night prior she had seen a falling star from her window, it was so close that even as the light from it simmered out, she swore she saw the dark stone tumble into the field. Shed spent the afternoon searching, but to no avail. Now as the sun began to set and she was deciding to head home, something caught her eye from just beyond the treeline. Behind the trunk of an old willow tree sat the meteorite embedded in the ground.
