Keith was the first one to almost immediately mutate after the Doom Boom.  When he mutated he just screamed in a gargled, jumbled sound and ran off.  Days later Keith showed up on the fringe of town wearing some kind of weird rabbit emblem on his head and tried to attack some people.  It was unsuccessful so he just ran off again.
