Artifact Labs Launch Party

The Artifact Standard cocktail, also known as "The Original" and formerly known as "A Moveable Feast", is the cocktail creation of award-winning mixologist Agung Prabowo, founder of Penicillin, Dead&, and The Old Man. The base for this cocktail is simply described as "rotovap sea", which Prabowo explains is "seawater and sand from special suppliers, three kinds of salts  kosher, sea and Himalayan  and whole fresh clams redistilled with vodka." He then makes a basic Bloody Mary mix with cherry tomatoes, clarified in a centrifuge and seasoned, adds homemade coconut syrup made from fresh coconut water, centrifuged with sugar and a little salt. The cocktail is served with an oyster leaf, and the finished product is sweet, savoury, salty, umami and spicy. Gary Liu, Founder of Artifact Labs and formerly CEO of SCMP, calls this "the best cocktail in the world, past, present, and future."
