Hamburg Nights

The charm of the aging Sternbrcke has always had a magical effect on me. One evening in December, I stop here and observe the scene at this place. When it suddenly starts to rain and a lonely walker, who has pulled the hood deep into his face, crosses the street in front of me, the whole scene gets a particularly mystical effect, which I want to capture with my camera. 
The imminent demolition of the bridge reinforces the feeling that this photo is possibly a last document of a mysterious-looking place that will soon disappear. A new and modern bridge will replace this almost 100 year old bridge.
