On Jan 3, 2023, Visualize Value created an open edition NFT, Checks, featuring the Twitter verified checkmark in a variety of colors, in a minimal, pop-art aesthetic. 

It made me wonder  what is the meaning of a checkmark, when it doesnt mean what people expect it to mean? When its meaning is diluted? How does the discourse change when everyone is official? When no one is special, because everyone is? Furthermore, what will the impact of AI, machine learning models, and chatbots be when we enter a world where you can no longer know what is real online?

**What will happen when the power of AI goes UNCHECKED?**

Unchecked is a parody artwork and exploration of the idea that AI disruption is coming, and its up to us to learn, explore, grow, play, make mistakes along the way, and ultimately master these new tools.
