"Es Podeng" or "Es Puter" (Rotating Ice) is a traditional Indonesian dessert which is usually sold in street stalls.  
It usually has 8 main layers (bottom to top)

    jelly ("Pacar Cina")  
    cube bread  
    sticky black rice  
    avocado (cut in slices)  
    ice cream  
    condensed milk  
    roasted peanuts  
    chocolate sprinkles
