Enforcers are the muscle. They don't believe in crime. They believe in violent crime. Beyond their ability to enforce Marauder Law, protect the Warlords and punish the weak, Enforcers act as the connective tissue between the resource-gathering Raiders and the resource-hoarding Warlords.
