FLIGHT Asset Proof

Paul might look shy, but don"t let his demeanor fool you. This Blue-Fronted Parrot is as extroverted as they come, loves a good time, and can talk with anyone. The beloved pet of Ccile, a parfum saleswoman at Le Bon March, Paul"s excited nature allowed him to wiggle free from Ccile"s grip one morning, and he flew right out the window of their downtown flat. Because of his gregarious personality, Paul found himself chatting to anyone who would listen in the city. It"s now been 3 days, and Paul is too far away from his home to know how to return. ---

The artwork depicted and named The Lost Parrots represents a series of 20 parrots, hand-selected from the ornithological works of Francois Levaillant. Dated to the late 1700s and early 1800s, these black and white representations of the original illustrations are an ode to Jimmy Buffetts Parrothead brand. These 20 parrots have lost their way in The City of Light, for one reason or another, and are trying to find their way back home.

About the Artist: Francois Levaillant was a naturalist, born to a rich merchant and French consul to Dutch Guyana. A celebrity in his own right, Levaillant was more than just a naturalist. He was also an author, a zoological collector, an explorer, and a noted ornithologist.

Born in 1753, Levaillant collected insects, caterpillars, and animals, but he was most famous for his arrangement and study in ornithology, the branch of zoology that concerns the study of birds.

Tri-lingual in Dutch, German, and French, he later applied an ordering system, that he created as a child for his collection of insects, to his collection of birds, many of which he killed himself. In his identification of each bird, or species of birds, he often used French names, some of which are used today. Between 1799 and 1808, Levaillant wrote a six-volume _Histoire Naturelle de Oiseaux dAfrique_ that described the habits and appearance of the thousands of specimens of birds he collected and studied.

Levaillants contributions to ornithology, specifically avifauna in South Africa, are profoundly influential. As such, many African bird names and descriptions pay homage to the most famous ornithologist of the 1700s.

Lost Parrots in Paris #1 - Paul

Dore, a Marigold Parakeet, is a sassy one. Her owner, Jean, comments often about Dore"s demanding behavior, and the two are often in a disagreement. One day while Jean was carrying Dore through the park and to a veterinarian for a check up, Dore slipped through her cage door and dashed straight into the bushes.  Jean looked for over an hour and could never find Dore. Jean was finally fed up with Dore"s ungrateful behavior and left Dore behind to fend for herself. Now out on the streets of Paris alone, Dore is searching for a new home or a group of other diva-like parrots that she can call her family. ---

Lost Parrots in Paris #2 - Dore

Jacques, a stocky, block-headed Senegal Parrot, gets a bad wrap. His sometimes stern and intimidating appearance keeps him from being approachable and staves off other parrot friends. But under his deceivingly hard exterior, he is super playful and caring, and a little goofy. He also loves to eat, and sometimes his belly controls where he goes, in spite of not paying attention to where he is in the City of Light. One day, a truck from the local bakery was passing by him. Jacques" nose immediately perked up, and he started to quickly fly after the truck. The smell of delicious croissants filled his beak, and he no longer had control of his brain. The custodian of the Collision.art smart contract and underlying assets is Blokpax, LLC, a South Carolina Limited Liability Company. Blokpax will insure the assets for current fair market value as updated annually and maintain asset safe keeping. All assets held in custodianship are subject to an annual audit.

Within 30 days of an underlying asset sale, the custodian will provide a mechanism for disbursement of the net proceeds (pro-rata to the crypto wallets holding the applicable art edition NFTs) and changing meta-data to reflect the underlying asset has been sold.

Lost Parrots in Paris #11 - Catherine

Olivier, a beautiful Parrot of Paradise, is a fun guy. He's owned by Gabriel, a local blacksmith for the area. Olivier often goes to work with Gabriel, and the passersby love to watch him perched on Gabriel's shoulder. While at Gabriel's workshop, Olivier greets patrons, and they praise his beauty. His favorite customer is a little old man named Louis. Louis brings him a special homemade treat when he visits once a week, and Olivier waits for it patiently. Recently, Louis hasn't been visiting. Gabriel has tried to tell Olivier why, but he just doesn't understand, and he's starting to really miss Louis's smiling face. ---

The artwork depicted and named The Lost Parrots represents a series of 20 parrots, hand-selected from the ornithological works of Francois Levaillant. Dated to the late 1700s and early 1800s, these black and white representations of the original illustrations are an ode to Jimmy Buffetts Parrothead brand. These 20 parrots have lost their way in The City of Light, for one reason or another, and are trying to find their way back home.

About the Artist: Francois Levaillant was a naturalist, born to a rich merchant and French consul to Dutch Guyana. A celebrity in his own right, Levaillant was more than just a naturalist. He was also an author, a zoological collector, an explorer, and a noted ornithologist.

Born in 1753, Levaillant collected insects, caterpillars, and animals, but he was most famous for his arrangement and study in ornithology, the branch of zoology that concerns the study of birds.

Tri-lingual in Dutch, German, and French, he later applied an ordering system, that he created as a child for his collection of insects, to his collection of birds, many of which he killed himself. In his identification of each bird, or species of birds, he often used French names, some of which are used today. Between 1799 and 1808, Levaillant wrote a six-volume _Histoire Naturelle de Oiseaux dAfrique_ that described the habits and appearance of the thousands of specimens of birds he collected and studied.

Levaillants contributions to ornithology, specifically avifauna in South Africa, are profoundly influential. As such, many African bird names and descriptions pay homage to the most famous ornithologist of the 1700s.

Sale Terms: Purchasing the ownership rights to the Lost Parrots Jimmy Buffett Autographed Guitar underlying asset requires one of the following conditions to be met:

Option A: The payment (using ETH) of $150,000 USD equivalent. The ETH to USD posted price will be adjusted at least 2x per year.

Option B: If unsold by Option A prior, via a 90-day smart contract declining bid auction beginning on December 20, 2031 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time.
